Leaves are light green. Petioles are flat, big, little fiber with thin vein. As small mustard, it can be harvested all year round. Suitable for stir-fry.

BAU LAI (寶來)
This variety has light green and few leaves. Petioles are thick, fan shaped, and tender with excellent quality. Plant is around 3kg. As big mustard, it can be harvested in 40-45 days after transplanting. It is good material for restaurants.
SU YUN (素雲)
This variety slightly resemble to SU HUA, and has strong a pungent taste. The main purpose is used for pickling.
SU HUA (素華)
This variety is excellent tolerant to heat and cold and grow well under rainy seasons and high temperature conditions. Its leaves have slightly lobation and good flavor. Recommended for pickles. Suitable for all year round planting.
GUEI YING (桂英)
A high yielding, tender, and fast growing variety is 7-8cm in diameter and 30-40cm in height. Stem is thick and big. Easy to grow. Suitable for stir-fry, soup, and pickles.
GUEI NAN (桂南)
The plant shape slightly resemble to GUEI FANG, but GUEI NAN’s leaves is darker than GUEI FANG. GUEI NAN has solid and compact head which is suitable for salt-pickle. Its leaves have bigger lobation.
GUEI FANG (桂芳)
Leaves are light green and big with thin vein and a less fiber. It can used as small mustard, and harvested all year round.
BAI WU (白霧)
Vein is thin and less fibre with excellent quality. Suitable for stir-fry and pickle. Suitable for broadcasting in spring, summer, and autumn.
SHI LOU (西螺)
Wide stalk. Little fibre. Good quality. Suitable for pickles and stir-fry.
